Worldwide VMware to Proxmox VE Migration Workshop from a Proxmox Gold Partner
Work through the VMware-to-Proxmox migration step by step, using practical examples. You start by analyzing your ESXi environment, install Proxmox VE, and finish with the VM transfer.
We examine the storage options in Proxmox VE. We focus on ZFS for local storage and Ceph as a shared storage alternative to VMware vSAN for hyper-converged setups. You will perform a full migration of VMs and make the necessary adjustments, giving you the essential toolkit for your own migration project.
TRAINER
Our trainers work with real Proxmox VE, Linux, clustering, networking and storage environments. The sessions are practical and based on enterprise deployments, including common issues around migration, shared storage, Ceph, high availability and troubleshooting.
