Open UI

Open UI opens a cluster's interface read-only, on the host c-<cluster-id>.<CDM host>. This needs:

• DNS: cdm.example.com and *.cdm.example.com point to the same reverse proxy.
• TLS: the certificate covers both names.
• Reverse proxy: forwards both to CDM and keeps the original Host header.

Not needed on localhost.
